2. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 650 California St, San Francisco, CA 94108, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel automatically processes technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This is required to deliver the website reliably and securely. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the site). Log data is retained by Vercel for a limited period and then deleted.

A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel. Data may be transferred to the USA; transfers are safeguarded by Vercel’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See Vercel’s privacy policy.

3. Contact by e-mail

If you contact me by e-mail, the data you provide (e-mail address, message content) is processed solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). Messages are deleted once the request is resolved, unless statutory retention periods apply.

4. Referral & affiliate links

The page leve.dev/links contains referral and affiliate links, each marked “Anzeige” (advertising). No data is processed by third parties while the page is merely displayed. When you click such a link, you leave this website and the respective provider processes data (e.g. your IP address, referrer information and, depending on the provider, tracking cookies on their site) under its own responsibility. I may receive credits or a commission for sign-ups; you never pay more.

5. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools, and does not embed third-party content at runtime. Fonts and images are self-hosted; no requests are made to external servers while you browse this site.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — for me, the competent authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (ldi.nrw.de).
